VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
The Day Out With Thomas event supports the Friends of the Nevada Southern Railway, Inc. This non-profit organization provides volunteers and funding for the restoration, operation and maintenence of the trains at the Nevada State Railroad Museum in Boulder City, NV.
Volunteer shifts are 7:00 AM -1:30 PM and 1:00 PM -7:00 PM
We will need assistance with many aspects of the event including parking, train loading and unloading, ticket office, retail sales (cashier, bagger, stocker, security), custodial, temporary tattoos, play table assistants, Imagination Station (coloring sheets, interactive games, storyteller, video tent, games (ring toss, putting, etc.) and other jobs that we'll think of as the needs arise. You may volunteer individually, or gather a group from your club or organization - make it a fun group activity.
Please be aware that each volunteer will be required to provide personal information to allow a background check.
