Its kitchen has refridgerators, warming ovens, sinks and food preparation counters - ideal for catered meals. There is limited wash water for the sinks. Full meal preparation capability was not restored.
A Pullman Dining Car has completed its restoration, but has left the dining area open to allow flexibility of use. Set up with six folding tables and six folding chairs per table, 36 people can be accommodated. When set up for a meeting, the large open space provides a relaxed environment. When set up with all folding chairs, it has been used for small weddings.
And for a really friendly group, you can squeeze six tables of seven people for a total of 42 diners.
